THE DESIGNERS

Before setting up their own design studio, Manuela Simonelli and Andrea Quaglio of Quaglio Simonelli studied together at the Universita del Progetto in Reggio Emilia and then spent two years working together with Philippe Starck. Based in Paris the pair work on a wide range of creative projects: furniture and lighting designs, such as the La Petite table lamp for Artemide, technical devices, products for the beauty sector along with numerous graphic design projects. When developing new projects, Quaglio Simonelli pursue the task of developing familiar designs which impress thanks to unexpected and poetic details.
