- Returns are not accepted other than for defects or as required under law.
- Free fabric swatches are available on request (up to a maximum of five swatches). We highly recommend that customers confirm their Product selection using a fabric swatch. Variation of the colour of a Product from its online representation is not considered a defect. Although significant effort is made to accurately represent the Product colour online, the actual presentation of the Product will vary because of the difficulty in photographing certain fabrics, the screen used to view the Product as well as differences in lighting.
- Where a return is accepted on a discretionary basis (i.e. for a product which is not considered defective), the Customer must return the relevant Product/s at its own expense within 14 days of purchase. In such a case, the Supplier will charge a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the returned Product, which will be deducted from any refund amount.

Product care: Protect furniture from direct sunlight to prevent fading. If cleaning is required, use a mild non-coloured pure soap solution mixed with warm water. Fibre pills may occur and can be removed using a pilling tool.
